The product contains polyhedrin protein co-crystalized with mCherry. mCherry is a uniquely versatile biomarker and, encased into PODS® crystals, offers a simple way to visualize und localize PODS® crystals embedded in biomaterials, such as hydrogels and scaffolds, using fluorescence microscopy. PODS® mCherry crystals can be excited at 587 nm and optimally detected at 610 nm, compatible with commonly available filter sets.
IBA LifeSciences StrGate Acptr Vctr pASG-IBA105
The pASG-IBA105 vector is designed for expression of recombinant proteins with an N-terminal Twin-Strep-tag in E. coli. The vector carries an ampicillin resistance cassette for selection of transformed E. coli cells, F1 and ColE1 origin for a high plasmid copy number, and the inducible tetracycline promoter/operator for the regulated expression of proteins. The vector can be combined with any E. coli strain since the tet-promoter works independently of the genetic background of E. coli. Expression of the recombinant protein is induced by addition of anhydrotetracycline, which is a derivative of tetracycline that does not exhibit antibiotic activity. Please note that cloning into pASG-IBA Acceptor Vectors compulsorily requires the restriction enzyme Esp3I since no other MCS for the integration of a gene of interest is available. In addition to the direct cloning of the gene of interest into pASG-IBA vectors with Esp3I, another option via a so-called Entry Vector is possible.

Recombinant adeno associated virus expressing shRNA (scramble) fused to EGFP under the CMV promoter with WPRE and hGH polyA elements. The Cre dependent configuration enables expression only after recombination, providing precise targeted control of targeted neurons. Offered under the Biohippo AAVX Series with multiple serotypes available including AAV2/1, AAV2/2, AAV2/5, AAV2/6, AAV2/6m, AAV2/6.2FF, AAV2/7m8, AAV2/8, AAV2/9, AAV2/DJ, AAV2/DJ8, AAV2/Retro, AAV2/PHP.eB, AAV2/PHP.B, AAV2/rh10, AAV2/PHP.S, AAV2/anc80, AAV2/B10, AAV2/olig001, AAV2/BI30, AAV2/BR1, AAV2/MG1.2, AAV1/2, AAV2/MaCPNS1, and AAV2/MaCPNS2. Regular titer is greater than or equal to 2.00E+12 vg per mL, with high titer greater than or equal to 1.00E+13 vg per mL available upon request at no additional cost. Customers may specify preferred serotype and titer when placing orders.
